CONSERVATIVE REPUBLICAN LARRY KIDD STATEMENT ON COLORADO SUPREME COURT DECISION

JACKSON, OHIO – Larry Kidd, a conservative Republican running for the Second Congressional District released the following statement about the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision last night: 

“The decision of four Democrats on the Colorado Supreme Court’s to bar Donald Trump from that state’s ballot is fundamentally un-American and it ignores the basic notions of fairness and due process guaranteed in the Constitution. I call on the U.S. Supreme Court to immediately overturn this ruling and allow the voters – not partisan judges misconstruing the Constitution – to choose the next president.”
